How do you see the real estate market today, and what assessments would you make?
In the twenty-two years of my career, I haven’t seen these prices. The rise started with the “Golden Visa” and now we have come to talk to big funds and construction companies around the world. With the redevelopment of the Athenian Riviera, the huge undertaking of the Hellenikon Metropolitan Park, the new Vouliagmeni marina, the presence of Four Seasons, and “One and Only” in Glyfada we will see unprecedented growth. Greece is a safe country for real estate investments. I believe in attracting large investment funds to our country from both foreigners and our Greek expatriates.
What gives a house more value?
Its location, the correct value assessment of the property, and sometimes its history. The second may differ depending on the needs of each customer, but the location of the property is the most important. The customer may be interested in the suburb, the architectural design, or the neighbors.
What is the most expensive property you have sold?
I have sold commercial properties worth millions, but also unique residential properties on the sea. These are rare and priceless. But I’m lucky to have them in my portfolio.

We are among the top destinations in the Mediterranean. The unique natural beauty captivates everyone who visits our country. Our history magnetizes. The competitive advantage of our country is that it offers the ideal conditions to anyone who wants to spend their vacation in an earthly paradise.
How did you start your career in the real estate market?
I have twenty-two years of professional experience in real estate. After studying architectural design and decoration, I worked in my field and real estate came very naturally. With faith in my strengths and stubbornness, I created relationships of trust with my clients. I gained their appreciation by responsibly managing their properties, and this is why they refer me to others and this venture was crowned with a success that continues to this day. The Real Estate sector is demanding and attracts a special type of person who loves it. I have the talent to feel and understand my customers and not waste their time. This is the key to success, in our market.
What is “luxury” for you?
Luxury is what approaches perfection and perfection embodies aesthetics, quality, class, harmony, and position. I want luxury in my personal life because it perfectly expresses me. I had no choice but to bring all this to my professional philosophy. I have a diva inside me.
What fascinates you?
I love the arts and derive pleasure from the visual arts, architecture, decoration, and music. I travel a lot because I am fascinated by different cultures and their expression through the fine arts. By traveling, I am inspired and informed at the same time. International exhibitions, galleries, and museums are important places of influence for my own creativity. I want to travel around the world in this life. I am also fascinated by extreme sports, sky diving, scuba diving, and daily exercise is my oxygen. Another thing my friends know about me is my love for both sports and classic cars.
